YogaBreathe is a fun and relaxing chair yoga sequence suitable for anyone but developed by the New Brunswick Lung Association and Fredericton yogi Amy Murphy to benefit respiratory patients!
YogaBreathe Any Time
While good progress has been made in the incidence of many lung diseases, the number of people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) continues to rise. COPD is the second leading cause for hospital admissions, after births. Many people with lung disease can lead a better life if they practice gentle exercises that are focused on breathing, and doctors recommend gentle exercise for COPD patients especially. For access to YogaBreathe any time, check out our recorded session.
